Lisa is a passionate, innovative, and compassionate movement educator, teacher-trainer, and retreat host with over 10 years of experience. A dancer from the age of three, Lisa’s life work has always been devoted to exploring and sharing her passion for movement through a broad range of modalities. She is certified at the highest level as a yoga teacher and teacher trainer, is a certified Pilates teacher, and has recently been certified in Level 1 and 2 of The Three Fold Way: a Relational Somatic Psychotherapy program. She understands the importance of creating a safe place for people to courageously dive into experiencing themselves and all of life more fully. Her mission is to integrate emotional awareness in relationship to self, others and the environment, with physical, dynamic, and therapeutic movement -all inspired from a variety of somatic modalities.
Adam has a passion, extensive knowledge and proven experience in Brand Development, Creative Direction, Marketing, Purchasing & Inventory Management, and E-Commerce, with over 12 years spent in the luxury retail industry. He knows what it takes to create an idea, brand, and environment, coupled with a strong client relationship to deliver a unique and memorable product and service. While at Harry Rosen, he successfully developed the Harry’s Spring Run-Off in partnership with the Canadian Run Series, and the Princess Margaret Foundation for Prostate Cancer Research. His passion for personal growth and development has kept him active since a child playing soccer to an adult playing Australian Football, all while studying various practices of yoga. Today, his yoga practice remains strong, while feats of challenge include running, rock climbing, surfing, and cycling.
Jeronimo De Miguel
Jeronimo is a passionate strategist with over 20 years of experience in helping organizations establish meaningful connections through storytelling, purpose innovation, and advocacy. He comes from a family of vintners in Argentina, who have for generations shared a passion for grape growing and the art and science of making wine. His entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in productively challenging the status-quo led to the establishment in 2017 of ReFrame Logic, a consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals and organizations accelerate growth through breakthrough ideation and unconventional thinking. In 2012, Jeronimo was awarded a Jubilee Medal for his commitment to building strong and engaged communities throughout the country. An avid yoga practitioner, runner and novice surfer, he holds an MBA in Finance from the UofT and a BA from McGill.

Maria is an accomplished raw food chef who began to truly dive into life more than a decade ago when she left a successful corporate position to pursue a more connected path of self discovery. Maria shares her love of yoga and raw/plant based creations, bringing food to life through her artistic and instinctive skills. She completed her classical French culinary training at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and her Italian heritage (and recent Italian residency) have reconnected her to the roots of traditional Italian cuisine, but with her own unique flair for utilizing locally sourced products.

Rose believes in treating the individual as a whole, which includes not only attending to the physical body, but making a healthy connection to the mind and spirit as well. She believes that touch is a powerful tool in the healing process and tries to focus her intention and attention on not just the tissue beneath her hands, but on the being inside the body. She offers her absolute presence and energy to every treatment. Rose is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic and has had the opportunity to work with a diverse client base.
Osha Osha provides SUP (Standup Paddle Boarding) lessons, tours and yoga in Toronto. First Nations sisters Jenifer and Sharon Rudski were introduced to SUP in 2009 and immediately fell in love with the sport. With their passion for outdoor adventure, their connection to yoga and love of surfing they conceived Osha Osha to share SUP with everyone. Their mission is to connect people and build community on the water in Toronto's western beaches.

Surf the Greats aspires to establish and foster community through the adventure of surfing the Great Lakes and beyond. We educate, explore, and share through the medium of surf, while reconnecting with the magnificence of nature. Born from our passion of adventure and exploration, we honour and celebrate the power of nature. Our founder, Antonio Lennert, is a Brazilian-Canadian surfer and movement practitioner based in Toronto. He has been surfing all his life and practicing yoga and meditation for the past thirteen years.
Sam Ravenda learned how to shuck oysters while studying cooking in her hometown of Montreal. After working for years in the busy restaurant scene of Toronto, she landed a job at one of her favourite restaurants, Oyster Boy. That’s where the love affair with oysters and all things from the sea really took shape. When she wasn’t serving regulars in the popular Oyster bar, you could find her taking part in shucking contests. Now she’s bringing her love for oysters and shellfish to the County and the greater Quinte area.
Alejandra De Miguel
Alejandra has developed a profile in Toronto as a winemaker, restauranteur, event curator, and in the know foodie striving to deliver “experience” in everything she does. Born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina, to a family of world-class winemakers, she grew up around wine and vineyards. While in Toronto, she looks to curate experiences that allows guests to share in their love for Argentine food, wine, culture & the outdoors. Coco was born and raised in Argentina - in San Antonio de Areco a small town outside of Buenos Aires considered the hub of the gaucho culture. Tradition is vibrant in him and riding horses and cooking on fire are part of daily life. Polo player by day, passionate cook by night. When Coco met Alejandra in 2010 their combined passion for food & Argentine culture took their vision to the next level. Today they spend their time between Canada and Argentina.
